How to order as guest user
How it works:
You just want to order a specific product, but you still don't know if you will order something from doTERRA again?
No problem. Simply register as a guest ("standard customer") in the doTERRA web shop. Take a look around in the web shop. If you want to order something, you can order directly as a guest customer.
There are no purchase commitments or liabilities. You can also become an advantage customer or product consultant (earning potential) at any time later

However, some steps / screenshots of the ordering process described here may differ slightly from the actual process due to updates in the web shop.

Step 1: Go to the webshop page

Step 2: Choose your language
Click your language
Click on the scrolldown list and click your preferred language.
Step 3: Choose your country / region
Click on the scrolldown country list
Now select your country or region from the scrolldown list (for Switzerland, for example, "Europe Other").
Step 4: Click on "Start Shopping"
Click on "Start Shopping"
Now just click on "Start Shopping". You will now be forwarded to the web shop and can take a look around. Your visit to the web shop is completely non-binding. There is no obligation to purchase.
Step 5: Have a look what the shop offers you
Now take your time to check out the products
You can look around in the doTERRA webshop. Your visit to the web shop is completely non-binding. There is no obligation to purchase.
Option 1: If you then want to end your little round in the web shop, simply close the browser window. Finished.
Option 2: If you like one or the other product in the shop, you can now place it as a guest in the waiting basket and follow the next steps.
step 6: Do you like a product? Put it to the cart
If you like some products, you can put them into your shopping cart
If you like one or the other product in the shop, you can put it in the waiting basket at any time. You are and will continue to be a guest in the doTERRA web shop and can therefore place a one-time order - and repeat this at any time (and as often as you like).
step 7: Review your shoppingcart

Have you made your choice and all the products you want in the shopping cart? You can view it at any time. To do this, click on "View shopping cart".

You can ignore the field below. It refers to existing doTERRA customers.
Now enter your data in the upper box. This is your data as a guest. This means that doTERRA will only remember your data for this one order. You will not be noted as a benefit customer in the system. Advantage customers receive a 25% discount, but are customers registered in the system with an ID number.

If you order now as a guest at doTERRA, you can still register as a benefit customer (or independent product consultant) at any time.

You have the choice:
If you create a password here, the system recognizes you when you visit the web shop later. You remain a guest customer (retail customer).
If you don't want to enter a password here, just click on "skip"
(If you later want to change your status from "retail customer / guest" to benefit customers, you can do so at any time later.)

Please enter the ID of the consultant who recommended doTERRA to you. If you became aware of doTERRA directly via essentialoils24, please enter the following ID here: 7497632
step 12: click "continue"

Now look again at the control room basket with the products you have selected
If necessary, choose from various shipping options (standard versus premium)
If the recipient address differs from the billing address, please enter the recipient address. Otherwise click on "My billing address is the same as my shipping address"
Select your payment method:
a) credit card
b) Bank Wire
Click on "Submit order and continue"
Then enter the necessary payment information
step 13: finalize your order

Take a look at the overview and complete the order by clicking on the confirmation button.
